Enabling Construction Success with the Supply Chain Sustainability School

Peel Ports Group, which has committed to becoming a net zero port operator by 2040, has joined forces with the Supply Chain Sustainability School (SCSS) to support the construction industry in meeting its sustainability goals.

The SCSS is a free learning environment, upskilling those working within, or aspiring to work within, the built environment sector. Backed by the UK’s top construction contractors and clients, it aims to meet the challenging sustainability targets set out by the UK Government’s Construction Strategy 2025.

Peel Ports Group will collaborate with the school and share its expert knowledge with around 150 of its members from across the supply chain, supporting the school’s mission to deliver a more sustainable built environment.

Peel Ports Group has a long history of providing supply chain solutions to the construction sector, and this partnership showcases the port operator's commitment to supporting the industry in becoming more sustainable.

Our partnership with the Supply Chain Sustainability School enables us to be one of the only UK port operators at the forefront of this agenda, where we can be proactive in working with new and existing clients to develop sustainable solutions for their projects."
