Peel Ports Group are delighted to announce the appointment of Jason Clark as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Peel Ports Group, with effect from 8 January 2024.
Within this role, Jason will take lead of the Group’s finance, legal and IT functions, reporting into CEO, Claudio Veritiero. Jason brings a wealth of experience with him, with a career background over the last 25 years encompassing senior finance leadership positions for infrastructure businesses across the maritime, airports and energy sectors. Jason has a strong track record in successfully leading his teams and joins the group at a pivotal time to further support and drive growth and investment plans.
Jason’s most recent role saw him as the Chief Financial Officer for Smart DCC, the operator of the national data communications infrastructure for the UK’s energy smart metering network and prior to this, he held the Chief Financial Officer role at Bristol Airport and Condor Ferries respectively, following a long term tenure within the energy industry at RWE, latterly as UK Finance Director.
With his experience in leading the finance divisions for investor owned infrastructure businesses, Jason will help drive the strategic initiatives of the Group as a key member of the Group Board and Executive Team.
